Mate, take a look at this older post re boat covers. I've bought 2 off the shelf covers which were advertised as being ( Trailerable ). Both lasted 1 or 2 trips, all you need is 1 sharp edge somewhere on your boat, a windscreen, anchor light, ladders etc and the cover will tear in 5 minutes and you have blown your $100 or so.

The only covers that will last are the quality custom fitted canvas covers. Take your boat to someone who specialises in marine and or camping canvas fitouts.
