Welcome to the forum Highway.
What size boat are you looking at??
G,day Pete, I am looking at the 3metre Tuff Tender. I fish a lot of skinny water. I have a yak that is terrific but limited a bit in range. I lose a lot of fishing time travelling at 4knots. The lack of shade can be an issue as well. My yak is pretty pimped, leccy, sounder, rod holders, blah blah. I reckon I could sneak a little poly into most spots I take the yak but hopefully in a bit more comfort. I would like to set one up with a bow mount leccy and some shade, and all the usual pimps. I was hoping to see some pics of some TT,s already pimped,
cheers
Welcome Highway, if you pimp out the tuffy with a 15hp, you will be there and have the fish in the boat before they even realise you have arrived.
Alot of people have gone for a 15 on the tuffy and reckon its like a rollerskate on a nana skin... just flies..
G,day Dave, Yeh the 15hp Honda looks a good match, should cruise at a slippery speed and chew somewhere about 6kms per litre, thats a cheap day out. I know there is not a lot of room to play with but I was hoping to set a stand up bimini over the back half and maybe some sort of stand up steer with a tiller extension. Should be room to plumb a livewell in one of the rear quarters, etc. Will have to put a plate on the bow for the leccy mount. Would love to see what others have done,
cheers
There are some pics on the old site, but when I try and look at the links it says I don,t have permission? How do you look at them?
Thanks in advance, cheers
For some reason, the ability to view pics on the old site died  which is why we have a new site.

Jan did a tuffy up so he may have some pics of his to put back up here for you.
There was also a top job done on a tuffy by a young bloke & (I think his dad) on either fishnet of ausfish but the pic stopped working on his post about 3 years ago. He made a completely flat deck with lift up sections so when you wanted to drive you could put your feet down into the hull. It was a top job & a credit to the young fellow.
