a mate and I were trying hard and FAILING to catch a fish after work thisarv, then a couple of mates of mine, (youd like em bushbeachboy) rocked up in their high tech aquatic machine and pulled this bastard out from underneath us.

you can't get an idea of the size of that boat from the pictures, it was literally about 2m long! the fish was nealy as big as the boat and was towing them all over the river!
LOL proves u dont need a big boat to have fun and catch nice fish :)

Geez mate, that outboard would be worth about 125 times the value of the boat......
Nice barra though. Did they cast right under your boat to get it?

Yup, they pretty much bounced a plastic straight under us! @#$%!!. Yeah that donk is a flash bit of gear, the boat on the otherhand was laying on a scrap heap out the back of another mates house. That bloke dragged it home and patched it up with bog to get it floating yesterday. When I first moved up here two year ago it was abandoned and sunk at our wharf and had been for quite some time, the only reason it was retreived was because we kept squashing it with our work boats.
