Finally I won something...I think..maybe not.

Oh well to celebrate I'm off to Noosa for a week on Sunday to help Doug ease into the new technology.

Given that Doug is responsible for us having to change to the new forum, he is probably hiding from the Pirate.;)

The only reason you beat me to it Nog, is that I'm too stupid to realise I had to re-register. I thought Dave would have transferred over the current membership list. He's not very good at this, is he? And the membership fees will go up again, you mark my words.

Nog, weekends are a bit busy for me, but call in at the jetty if you're passing. Fishing tips are available at a price.

Thank you for that warm welcome from the Administrator and his offsider from the Frozen South. I guess that sets the tone for the new forum - pick on Doug. Fortunately I'm an anaesthetist so I'm used to being blamed for everything (although I do think the 57 paternity suites from theatre nurses was based on malice rather than DNA).

I actually read the terms and conditions for this site (no, I have no life) and as far as I can see we can only talk about plastic boats - everything else is banned.

OK, I surrender - just keep the rugrats away from my boats.

I can point you at some ghood places in the river, but "outside" is a jungle to me.

break, break.

Bones, keep watching for a red light that centres on your chest. When you see it, plug your ears cos there's going to be a loud bang nearby....

Dear Admin,

I can see you're on top of things almost as much as me. Yes, Veronica, there are Terms and Conditions; they flashed by when I was joining up to this new atrocity. When you read all the things you musn't talk about here, it only left plastic boats, and they were borderline. Seems you can't be rude to one another either. That's going to cramp my style a bit. Neither can we pick on Miss Jane cos she's a girl. They specifically forbid the praising (or even mention) of ET*C motors. I don't think "t*nnie" is allowed either.

See what I mean? More tea, my dear?

It is preferable to have "Terms and Conditions" flashing before your eyes Doug, instead of your life flashing before your eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found the "Rules"

Here's the bit that rules out 90% of the membership -

"By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."

Hmm, seems to have gone quiet in here.....

Doug seeing you seem to be the only one to have taken the time to read the rules, can you answer this?????????????

Spelling mistakes are allowed (please note for next time Poly), but they're disqualified for the post count. It's to slow PP down a bit - he's going to have to get Miss Jane to spell-check all his posts.
