I found this site for weather and it is really good.I do not know how to provide a link, so the site name is willyweather. It is very location specific and gives wind graphs much like seabreeze site.

Must admit that I prefer this one for winds:

http://www.bom.gov.au/jsp/marine/wind/index.jsp

Click on the approximate location that you are interested in to zoom in closer.

a couple of other sites with good accuracy

http://www.yr.no/place/Australia/Victoria/Melbourne/

(very accurate to the hour)

and

http://www.earthsci.unimelb.edu.au/~awatkins/bay.html

(good real time data)

"Must admit that I prefer this one for wind"

I'll send you a prescription for something that should help, Barry. We old pharts (!) must stick together....

PS. I like Weatherzone - you can have it load up everytime you start your confuser and it's always there. Gives you warnings of wind(s)/hail etc if you program it right.

No charge for the consultation.

Ok Barry,at 44 I sort of missed the computer revolution at school,I thought links were in chains. Also I am not that interested, other than fishing/boating sites and the trading post:).

Although Doug may refer chains, to measurements of distance !. laugh1laugh1

I use all the sites you guys have listed plus another which is my first go to site to check the weather/conditions.

http://www.windfinder.com/forecast/cape_nelson_bridgewater_bay

It has been the most accurate site in my experience in the past 12 months and does all countries.

Cheers Adam

I liked windfinder too, it's got all the info at a glance on one graph, including swell, wind strength/direction, for the next week.
