Hey Matt, great looking rig mate.
Be sure to let us know how the Yammy performs wont you?
Did you do the cast deck lids and read platform yourself?

Nice boat,I have the 4.55 with same motor. You will be happy with the Yammy I am sure.I like how the rear pods are gone and squared up the rear quarter seats.

All the decks were made by TimD & myself using cardboard templates and 15mm exterior ply, coated twice with a marine grade varnish then carpeted ... I had to redo the middle rear section as I stupidly cut a bigger hole than required for the anchor light:eek: it was easier the second time around. Electrical work was done by a friend who is a 4th year apprentice sparky ... no fires as yet fingers crossed. I did the sounder transducer myself after about a week of deciding where to stick it ... ended up on a sliding bracket. The HDS 5 is a great sounder ... after the first one went back with a software issue.doh My only headache now is rod storage ... currently looking at the Du-Bro trac holders as you can cut the trac into pieces.
The Yammy has bags of torque and I'm currently trying a different prop to get it up to 6000 RPM which it did on the weekend ... speed is not an issue as standing up, holding on for dear life at nearly 60 km/h is not something I recommend as a normal thing to do. Here's a pic of the transducer ...

Thanks
Matt
