Took the new 4.1 for a run on lake Burrendong over the weekend. Even with the sub zero starts at the moment I had no problems rustling up a mottley crew.

biggest problem was wrestling the helm back from daughter

Someone suggested fishing, with this reaction

Well he who laughs last, eh. Started off small

Showed the daughter the old "long arm" bigger fish trick

Ended up with a good feed of reddies, and a 36cm yella thrown in.

Highway, nice fish, pretty daughter, but as the etiquette manager for this board I have to remind you that all photographic subjects must have all their teeth in position to publish on the site. Your second picture shows at least two subjects who left their teeth by the bedside. This does not apply to fish, just people, and Giffo.

First formal warning. :D laugh1

Hi mate, looks like a great day out. Unless I missed it, where are the PICS of your Challenger? As mine is on the way, I need a Challenger HIT! Aaron.

Nice haul of fish Highway, although I don't know what they are or taste like.

You are lucky I was told to respect the frail/elderly Doug!laugh1 although I could slash your scooter tyres.laugh1

"although I could slash your scooter tyres.laugh1"

Not unless you're very quick Giffo (The only one who says you're quick is MRS Giffo, for which she is very grateful). The thing takes off like a fireman trying to get back to base before he forgets what's trumps. For 265cc it moves along.

Fishing in Lostock can be a little fickle, not as renowned as Glenbawn etc.
Mainly Bass, really nice spot though, almost always 100% full, very unusual.
