Very intriguing concept.. Bugger of a thing to find on the net..

Every search engine refused to accept I wanted the results for "pioner boats" and google would only show pioneer boats..
Bing did a better job after I told it I knew what I wanted to find, and stop correcting me!

Bloody computers thinking they are better than me.. grrrr

Anyway here's the manufacturers link for anyone that's interested. Wierd that polycraft hasn't made these under licence, I reckon there would be a market for them with divers. Especially around the whitsundays.

Amazing the little storage compartment etc that pioner and triumph can put in their boats and with PC we still get a wheelie bin (big hole to chuck shit in).

I love the drop down front hatch. How much better would that be for beach etc

They seem grossly underpowered though. The Pioner 15 is 4.5m long and is rated for 6 people BUT the max HP is only 30 compared with 60HP and 4 people for the 4.5m Polycraft Drifter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking at the specs the poly hull weighs 340kg and the pioner hull weighs 215kg. Suppose that makes a difference power to weight. shock
