Jesus, no Chocolatemoose! I've only just recovered from your Dad's posts.

    He was a character!

We miss your advice and "specials", both large and small.

Hmmm....and either I've been asleep again or someone's started a nu biznez http://moosemarine.com.au just down the road from me. Wonder if they've been trained to deal with 'silly old bugger' customers yet?

I don't think you're silly, kfish. Slow, yes, but not silly.

I'm pleased to see Moose is trying to raise the tone of your suburb.

    Great work Doug.

Things are tight here in RL unfortunately but I am happy to help with my time, what does a moderator do? More importantly how much commitment does it require, with a new child and I've gone back to uni, so I tend to be "offline" for vast stretches of time.

I will admit its been a while since I have been on the site to chat & read all your stories.

As some of you may know but most wont Miss Jane my wife of almost 25 years passed away from Bowel Cancer a few years ago & with quitting work & nursing her for to be honest I dont know how long I havent been out in my 5.3 Cuddy Cab for what seems for ever.

I still have my boat & am teaching my new lady about boats & fishing but as we are building a new life together & melding 2 families we dont get out in the boat that much.

Keep up the good work here guys & its good to see the site still up & running.

Good to know you're still around Pete. As long as your new lady doesn't suggest you sell the boat "because you never use it" she can stay here to.

Hey Pete, been a long time, such sad news to hear about Jane, she kept us all honest on here, esp you!
Hope all is well in the next chapter of your life.
Keep the boat, it wont deteriorate until you are ready to use it again

Chin, the email address will find my account in the Cayman Isles which PayPal looks after for me. Please keep your donation to a round number of millions for ease of book-keeping.

I'll thank you now, in anticipation. (Maldives via Dan Murphy's, here I come.)
