    Default Sublime Polyseas

Finally made up my mind and bit the bullet.

Now a very happy owner of a 2017 customised 5.99 Polycraft Frontier, with 150HP Mercury, 7 inch Garmin DV, Ipad with Navionics, and a couple of other personal modifications.

Huge thanks to Adrian and Rachel at Adrian's Marine in Bundaberg, and Brad at Polycraft, who made everything easy, including my custom requirements (and yes, colour choice!).

The idea was to make it pretty much the ultimate Spearfishing boat, but that would still be awesome to fish out of.

Had Sublime Polyseas for just over a month now, and very happy. I opted to not get the back fold out lounge, as well as upgrade the seats from factory.

I'll start with some stock pictures and go from there.

Wow AK47 thatís a really nice boat you have there, I donít think there are many 5.99 owners on the forum. Certainly a good open water boat with a high windscreen to keep you dry.

Ah thanks all. Will try and post up some more pics of the mods etc sometime this week.

Love the boat, just need the weather to stop blowing so much so I can use it!

Random question - anyone popped a 5.99 on tyres to tectyl the trailer???
Done it with smaller polys but bit worried about how heavy the 5.99 is and not sure I could get it back on trailer....

Mine came off easy. When you put it back on the trailer, don't hook it up to the car. The boat stays where it is, and the trailer slides back under it.

    Cheers John.

Did you put it on old tyres first? or straight on the ground?

    Thanks

Don't forget to remove your sounder transducer & spray the skids with tyre shine.

Good point about the transducer. It will hit.
